medical claim procedure

Hi,seeking advice for the claiming procedureI got mc and receipt from my company clinic,but when it come for claiming,my HR department ask me to take back my mc paper and ask me to submit via a link and upload the the photocopy of mc and receipt in it or else the claiming is not validkindly seek your advice is this the valid procedure has to be done by my side and not by HR department to do the claiming for us?Thanks and regard

I don't think that is a  correct procedure. The original copy of the MC should be better for the admin, unless they are trying to go  paperless. You can bring it up during one of your staff meeting if necessary.
