Hi,

Is it normal for company not to provide payslip after requesting numerous times?

Actually, employers are required to provide pay statement to employees as required under the  Employment Regulations

Hi Siew,

Thank you for your reply. Who can I consult for this issue as I can foresee that my payslip will not be produced anytime soon as the rest of my colleagues that have been working here for year have also yet to receive their payslips.

If you are reluctant to make complaint, the least you can do is to ask for your pay details like EPF, SOCSO deduction, tax deduction and make a note of it. Why not also ask your colleagues to make a joint request for pay slip from the employer? If everybody just keep quiet, nothing is going to change.
