Employer violating labour law??

I just got a job as a kitchen crew and my salary is RM1,600 (RM1,200 + RM400 service point).  It is stated in the agreement (should be offer letter) that I will work 6 days per week regardless of public holiday.  Overtime work and public holiday payments are all included in the salary.  Which means I do not get any OT or any off day replacement if working on compulsory public holiday.

Also, I did not get a off day for my first week of work which my off day only starts on second week.

Do you think my employer is violating the labour law?  Need your advice.

If those terms are clearly stated in the agreement then I don't think the contract is valid. If you cannot get it corrected, I think it would be better to start looking for another job elsewhere. However, since you are new there, you can always ask around from those who have been working there longer. Sometimes, service points/tip points can get a lot more income than the basic salary.
