I am working for company A for 21 years. In 2010, we were informed that company B had bought over our HQ in overseas. Due to global re-organisation, company A is under going liquidation and will pay termination benefits and staffs will be offered new employment by company B in Malaysia. I am currently state branch manager but new offer down grade me and slash my pay by more than 25%. It's very difficult to find a new job with just giving me 14days period to accept the new offer or not. I had no choice but to sign acceptance. The new employment will commence in 2015. Please advise if there is any wrongful decision made by new employer for my case?
