Submitted resignation letter with two month notice under probation period, but after that no show

Hi,

I would like to check, if the staff submitted her resignation letter on 15/10/2014, but after that she no come to work, and have a lot difference excuse, in this case what employer can do?

If you want you can personally go to the Labour Department and lodge a claim for indemnity against the staff concerned. Give her a warning that you are going to do that if still no show.
