Our company work half day on Saturday which is 7.30am-12.30pm.

If he work on Saturday from 7.30am - 4.30pm, can we only pay them two times the rate on top of his salary?

Or do we need to pay them 7.30am - 12.30pm as two times the rate and 12.30pm-4.30pm three times the rate?

If we pay them 7.30am - 4.30pm two times the rate, is this unlawful?

What i basically wan to ask is this

If our CA working hour on Saturday is 7.30am - 12.30pm, do we need to pay overtime after 12.30pm on a public holiday?

Can we applied EA normal working hour (8 hours) and only pay overtime after 4.30pm instead?

If it concerns the CA, you will have to bring up the matter with your Union officials as CA takes precedence over the Employment Act.
