Hi, I am currently bonded with a two years contract which company will pay you some sort of bonus into monthly salary and I have to payback company if I leave within 2 years. I knew about this, but then company decided to relocation to KLCC area which is very inconvenience to me for extra petrol, toll, time, traffic and effort to drive to work.

I have tried to nego with Management but they replied that I have to payback in full with no exceptional case. Can you please advise me if I have any valid reason to request to leave the company without payback or negotiation on the payback amount.

Thanks in advance.

Bring a copy of the signed contract to a lawyer and let him advise you what you should do. Or, you can visit the Legal Aids Bureau (Biro Bantuan Guaman) to get a free legal advice.
