I would like to get your advice for below issue:-
Working hour for security guard = 12 hours per day (break any labour law?)
1 rest day in a week = Thursday
if work on rest day - salary calculation equals to 1.5 of normal rate or 2.0 of normal rate?
If work on public holiday - salary calculation = 2.0 of normal rate?

I think you better read up Section 60A of Part 12 of the Employment Act. You may get some guidance from there.
