Is this according to the labour law?

Failing to adhere the above undertakings and bonding will incur a penalty of Rm15,000 per person. 


After 1 year service, the employee may terminate this employment by giving a 2 months written notice, failing which, a penalty of two months salary will be imposed.


if you are given the training program even two days training and upon completion of each level of teacher's training provided by our company, you will be bonded for a period of 1 year contract with us. Should you terminate this employment contract before your bonding periods ends,you are required to compensate the amount including any other related expenses incurred for the training.

There is no such provision in the EA. This is more pertaining to law of contract   Consult a lawyer. Show him a copy of the contract.
