Hi Admin,

My employer told me that he gave me free courses for training, but the condition was work at here for 3 years. (Not in writing)

In the beginning, he registered the courses first when i have not accepted it and also have not told me that if i breach the duties what compensation i need to paid. After that i went the courses. Now I want to terminate my services. Employer want me to paid the courses fee and compensation. So he deducts all my salary.

Am I have the right to complain or not?

If you employer deducted your salary, you can go personally to the Labour Department and make a complaint about it. They may look into the matter.
