Termination of service contra by annual leave

My staff working for 9 years, initial Offer Letter stated Termination of Service require 30 days of notice for resignation.

As at month of June 2014, she has 21 days of annual leave. Her monthly salary is RM1950.

She submitted a resign letter on 13th of June 2014 and her last day on 28th June 2014

Q1. She used 21 days of annual leave to contra the resign notice, therefore how many day of Leave company need to pay her ?

Q2. Day Leave shall be  1950/26 x 7 days = RM525, right ?

Q3. RM525 need to deduct for EPF and socso ?

I can't say your calculation is wrong. As for EPF and SOCSO, you may have to consult them.
