Replacement Leaves

Dear all,

When I was still working with the company I had over 9 days of replacement leaves. Some 6 where over due as company policies stated it must be used in 3 months time. However, although already due I was still able to use them before i tendered until recently when I resigned. A HR personal told me all my replacement leave above 3 months were burned and I was not paid in lieu for all the day burned.

I feel this is unfair as I had work on an off day or non working day. 

Please do advice.

If you think it is worthwhile you can bring the matter up with the Labour Department see if there is anything can be done about it. But don't be too hopeful.
