Hi there

we've offered a candidate for an Executive position.  Candidate informed to us that he is unable to start early as current employer wanted him to teach and guide new staff and will only allow him to leave end of May 2014.

he has yet to come and collect his offer letter.  we found out that he is lying.  he is not working currently and went for long Medical leave. during his leave, he tendered his resignation letter.  meaning, for the past few weeks, he's not working.  we found out that he's having some attitude problems and this is not the first time doing it according to his employer.

question, can we revoke the offer since he has yet to sign anything and lying to us.

In that case, just revoke the offer.
