Dear All

My employer gave me termination notice for 2 months means that my employment is until end of June 2014. But now i already got an offer from other company and want me to start in early June. So i already tender resignation this past few days and will work until end of May. Then after my bos know i want to resign she seems not satisfied with my decision because i'm not completing the notice period. So is that wrong because they are terminating me and i also have to think of my future. They terminate me because the company want to save cost.

You can discuss with your boss to waive the notice. If there is no agreement, alright, you go ahead with what you intend to do and see what is going to happen. You can bring the matter up with the Labour Department should there be problems.
