Would like to check on few matters below:
1. Maternity Leave isn't still 60 days? Is the 3 months maternity approved?
2. The salary limit for the staff to claim overtime isn't RM 2,000? or RM 2,500?
3. Can the staff replace with medical leave if he/she fall sick on his/her leave day? For example: Amy applied to on leave on 8 May 2014 but so happened she fall sick on that day and she manage to get the medical certificate from doctor. Can she change 08 May 2014 to medical leave instead of annual leave?
