Last pay calculation for dismissed staff under misconduct

Dear KL Siew,

Need your kind advise to see my below calculation for this terminate staff under misconduct. 

A)  Gaji Akhir Sehingga 9-April-2014 (Penamatan Kontrak - PEMECATAN)   
Tarikh Pemberitahuan Penamatan     : 18-Apr-14
Tarikh Penamatan                            : 18-Apr-14
Hari Akhir Bekerja                            : 9-Apr-14

Jumlah Hari Bekerja Sehingga Notis Berhenti                  : 9 hari (01.04.2014 - 09.04.2014)
Jumlah Cuti Tahunan Berbayar sehingga 09.04.2014      : 0 hari
Jumlah hari cuti rehat (terkumpul) sehingga 09.04.2014  : 3 hari
Di bawah ini adalah perkiraan gaji tertunggak kepada anda :-
                                                                                 ( RM )
Gaji Pokok sebulan RM 900.00
 - purata hari bekerja sehingga 09/04/2014 (9 hari)          270.00
 - Cuti Tahunan Berbayar (0 hari)                                      0.00
 - Cuti Rehat terkumpul - berbayar (3 hari)                      103.85
 - Kerja Lebih Masa (31 Jam)                                        168.75

GAJI KASAR                                                              542.60

1) staff is suspended for two week with half pay until 23 Apr & DI was schedule on 17 Apr but he did not turn up

2) Did I have to pay half pay for suspension notice or not?

Just be guided by Section 14(2) of the EA quoted below:

'(2) For the purposes of an inquiry under subsection (1), the employer may suspend the employee from work for a period not exceeding two weeks but shall pay him not less than half of his wages for such period;

Provided that if the inquiry does not disclose any misconduct on the part of the employee the employer shall forthwith restore to the employee the full amount of wages so withheld.'

So, if the DI did not find any misconduct, you must pay.
