Hi All, I am new in this site.Currently I am working with Company A without signing the contract for 2 months. As usual, i wanted to resign from the company because they causing a list of management trouble plus personal issue. i got two question to ask

1) how long resignation time notice for a trainee for two month workings date? 1 months notice or 24 hours?

2) If the notice are way too long, and i gonna reduce the notice period for one or two weeks, are they have the right to sue me?

I really want to hand up the resignation letter but i knew when they want to discuss with this problem they will threaten to sue me and ask me to finished whole month job until they find the new person

Are they have rights to sue me if i leave early than the resign notice? Is this true? Need advise from experts. Thank you.
