Balance wages

I am just about penning a letter for the resigned staff but need some clarification

1) She resigned has worked for 5 months and resigned mid month Jan on the 15th

2) She is not officially confirmed yet

3) we gave her early release ending her employment on the 17th

on calculation of wages, do we calculate pro rated to the 17th or do we have to pay her one month full?

do we also have to pay her pro rated annual leave even she is not entitled due to not being confirmed?

You have to pay salary for the entire period of notice and prorated annual leave. Consult the Labour Office if necessary.
