Termination & resignation

Dear sir,

i have one tele-marketing work in company for more than one year, for the pass 3 months, i have issue 4 warning letter to her. one letter due to not puncture to work (20 working day, she come in late for 12 days) and 3 warning letter due to poor performance. when i give her the final warning letter (all warning letters are signed acknowledge by her) and ask her to leave. she decided to resign and she give her resignation letter with one month notice. 

now she send a massage, ask company to pay her salary for the one month notice or else she will report to labour office. 

need your advise on above.

Tell her to go ahead if you are certain she has resigned.
