Termination immediately for employee under probation period

A emproyee under probation period already apply 1 week unpay leave, after that week continue giving unacceptable reason to take leave again. If company make decision to terminate the employee immediately, I need some advice for this case as below:-

1. Is that company need to pay extra because of terminate this employee?

2. If company agreement had mentioned " During the probationary period, termination of employment can be effect by either party giving one week notice in writing and without having assign any reason hereto ", but the employee din't sign it, can the company terminate the employee immediately without 1 week notice?

You have to give one week notice or one week salary as indemnity in lieu of notice.
