Hi KL Siew,

My company will be permanently closing on end December 2013. We have more than 10 workers was more than 5 year.

Those of them was manual worker under (sales and admin). We would like to offer them to work in our inter-company but it's different location. My question is, if the worker who working more than five year do not accept  or accept our offer, what should we do? Shall we need to give them a termination notice and  lay-off benefits? If termination notice has been send do we need to paid the lay-off benefit?

Hope to hear you soon.

Thank you

Yes, you should let all the employees know about the closure and termination of their services together with your offer of termination benefits. It is up to them to accept or not.
