Rights to seek claim of my outstanding wages.

I have tendered my resignation on 14/11/2013 with a 24 hours notice. The problem is that the LO i signed was before my promotion on 2008. It is stated that i must at least give a 7 days notice. I have more than 10days leaves available and i forgot to mention that they could off set it with my resignation notice. I have since started up own business in a mall opposite them and have told my ex-boss about it. He seems to be okay with it until he found out about who i'm working with now. It has been 2 weeks since my ex-company's payroll. What should i do now?

p/s: my ex-colleague that left with 24hours notice got his salary on time.

Since you have given a 24 hours notice for your resignation, I don't think it is wise to persue your leave balance. You better consult the Labour Department first whether you should make a claim for it.
