Termination or Dismissal

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask if one of the new employee got her own stall but still work with the company without inform the company, izzit we can dismissal or terminate her due to interest conflict? Which one is more suitable? Dismissal or Termination??

Thank you very much.

p/s: Do I need to compensate if she only worked for few days?

1. Termination is usually termination of service according the terms and condition is the contract like giving the required notice and payment of any benefits.

2 Dismissal is usually done on grounds of misconduct like sacking with immediate effect or dismissed after due inquiry. The employees dismissed are not entitled to benefits.

However, whichever the case, the employee concerned still has the right to seek redress.
