Termination during probation

for example:

One of my staff in probation period not yet confirm but he having misconduct such as stole money, buy medical leave chit or falsified the medical chit, stamping another employee's card.What should i do?Can i immediately dismiss this employee with giving 24hours notice?

Well, if you have proof, hold a domestic inquiry and then decide.
