Maternity Leave - Extended 60 to 90 days

If a worker who are under maternity leave took 60 days entitlement and additional another 30 days unpaid leave (not because of medical reason), is she entitle to such additional 30 days? Must company grant another 30 days for her (under unpaid leave) or can company reject the additional 30 days if it's not under medical condition.

She is not entitled additional 30 days paid maternity leave. It is up to company to grant or not to grant unpaid leave.
