1〕雇主能在產假60天內,如第30天的時候,給予1個月通知辭退員工嗎?如果不能的話,那什么時候才能給予通知?而員工又能得到什么賠償嗎?

2〕如果雇主要求員工在產假的第30-60天內回公司工作,那么員工能夠得到什么樣的津貼? 或者我們能夠有什么合理的要求?
