Dear Sir/ Madam,

I've been offered a job as Account Manager after I pass all the interviews with all the hiring managers. Once I received the offer letter, I resigned from my previous company and went for the medical check-up with the new company as the offer letter stated subject to the medical report result that I will be hired.

I did my medical test at BP Lab and the doctor's result " Temp Unfit" as my urine had glucose +++. I called the HR to check and they said, its their company policy that I should not have sugar in my urine in order to get hired. The offer had been taken back because of this issue.

I want to check with you, is this something common that someone who has sugar in his urine is unfit to work as account manager? Can I sue the company because I already resigned my previous job believing that I will get this job and i'm still looking for a job.

I think it would be better for you to seek legal advice from a lawyer. Show the lawyer the offer letter.
