new staff start working on July, was given 33 days MC on Nov until Dec  by GH due to minor accident.

can i calculate his mc entitlement base on pro rate?

if so..he is entitle for 8 days due to 6 month working period, how i suppose to do with the balance 25 days?.

He is still to the full 14 days of sick leave. Sick leave cannot be prorated. Whatever excess can be treated as no pay leave.
