How is the compensation is illegally for stop employ a Clerk during her maternity Leave

I would like to seek your help urgently to advise how is the compensation to terminate a clerk with monthly salary RM1300. She is going to deliver her baby & sure will on maternity early month of dec'12. Unfortunately, the employment company would have to stop business end of this year too...mean no business will transact start year 2013. Therefore, company decided to stop continue to employ her, so may i know how is the employer shd compensate for her?  kindly advise, urgent. thanks.

You have to:

1. Pay termination benefit to her according the Employment(termination and Layoff Benefits)Regulations.

2. 60 days maternity allowance or her two months salary.
