My new employee's first day of work was 25th September. Is my calculation for his salary(RMX) this way? RMX/30*6 calendar days, or RMX/30*4 working days, or RMX/26*4 working days?

Also, My employee's last day was 18th September. Is my calculation for his salary (RMX) this way? RMX/30*18 calendar days, or RMX/30*12 working days?

The easiest way is to use (salary/days in the month) x calendar days. You can of course use other methods as long as they give accurate amount or more or less the same as using calendar days.

But which is the right way according to the labour law/employment act?

There is no formula for salary calculation in the Employment Act. Just use simple arithmetic to count, that's all.
