My contract of employment will be end soon. The management told me that, i will be automatically become a permenant staff (with no contract) after my current contract of employment end. But the management did not provide me any offer letter.

I would like to ask, if this new offer letter is a must? Or verbally will do?

Please advise do i need to get a new offer letter from the management?

Then IF there is no offer letter from management, i can leave after my contract end? In this case, how many days notice do i need to give to inform that i will leave the company after i finish my contract? (not state in the contract)

Thank you!

If they want to offer you a permanent post, they have to make you an offer with all the terms and conditions and no doubt you should ask for one if they don't.

Normally, the contract ends at the expiry of the contract. If you are no longer interested to work with them, there is no harm to let them know a bit earlier.
