An employee met with an accident and has fully exhausted its 60 days of hospitalisation leave and currently on no-pay leave. He is only expected to return to work in the next 3 months. Can the service of the employee be terminated if he does not return to work after the 3 months?

I don't think it is wise to terminate his service if he is still medically unfit for work.

So what other options do the Company have if he continues to be unable to work.

Thanks.

He should submit medical report to the company and see what the report says.
