Employment Act Limits

Hi. The Employment Act covers employees who earn not more than RM2000 per month, but what about those who earn more than that? Do we still follow the same guidelines, or it is up to the employer?

For those who are not covered by the Employment A, they may have to follow the terms and conditions see by the employer or negotiate with the employer for terms and conditions agreeable to both parties.
