I have some doubt on my previous company’s claim payment.
Scenario :
- We entitle a fix car allowance every month
I had put my last working day at 31/1/2012, but I still remaining 6 days annual leave, thus the company give me the physical last day will be 19/1/2012.
My question here, should I still eligible to get the full car allowance for that month (Jan 2012) ? and i had check with the HR, they replied me that the car allowance are related to my job, thus i only can get the pro-rated to 19/1/2012. Is that right ?
hmm, but is that unfair ? then if i work at the last day on the month which is 31/1/2012. then i can entitle for the full month claim ?
