Hi. I have appplied unpaid leave from 1 Feb 2012 to 30 April 2012 as to finish my final course at the college. As I have found a better offer at other company, can I submit my resignation in 1 March 2012? My current company needs 2 months notice.

Thanks.

No, I think you have to pay 2 months salary as indemnity if you are not going to work during the two months notice period.

RE : unpaid leave during resignation noitce

Hi..I've got an interview during my probationary period (just 4 months working) in my current company.. I'd note '14 days of notice' at the notice of work at the application form, because I'm assuming that my boss want extend my probationary period from 3 months to 6 months, also I didn't get my confirmation letter yet..

But yesterday ( 13.01.2012) my boss give me a confirmation letter, which is noted that, as a permanent staff and confirm status,I have to give 2 months of resignation notice..

Can I take 1 month unpaid leave during my 2 months of resignation notice? ( 1 month of resignation notice + 1 month unpaid leave).

I don't think you can do that. However, you can discuss with your boss whether he accepts your idea or not. If he has no problem with that, well and good.
