one of my salesgirl is on maternity leave from aug - oct 2011.
in sept 2011, our company discovered that this salesgirl has a misconduct issues such as (faking bills,did not submit collection to company,faking outlet account etc).
i like to know what action can we take on her?
can my company hold her basic wages?

You better hold a domestic inquiry first and then decide on the type of punishment the company wishes to mete out. Get guidance from Section 14 of the Employment Act.

I think you better read up Section 14  for guidance. If still not sure, consult the Labour Department.
