When an employer conducts interrogation (i.e.: to investigate a case of stolen Notebook PC), what rights does the employees have during the interrogation? Can he /she refuse to answer any question?

I think you can answer questions but don't give answers that will incriminate yourself. Or you can tell them you want to get advice from your lawyer first before answering.
