Hi Siew,

Would like to check with you, what are the example of immediate termination on ground of misconduct?

There was a fight between A & B, and A actually use a sharp object to stab B, and B was suffered from slight injury as he managed to avoid A. No doubt B was not injured very badly, but A intention to stab B by sharp object is already consider as a major minconduct in our company. In this case, can we terminate A's serivce immediately? Kindly advise. Thank you.
