Dear Admin,

I have tendered my resignation letter recently and i have remaining of 10 days leaves,i would like to use up my 10 days leave since i needed to report early for my new job.My current company does not allow me to do that since they do not have enough of people.They did agree to pay me back for the 10 days leaves but my only concern is to start work at my new company as soon as possible.My question is

1)Can i refuse the offer of them paying me back and take my leaves instead?

2)If not,can i just 'disappear' from work 10 days from my last day of work and counted as emergency leave or unpaid leave?

Please advise me
